This is an amazing study aid. I would highly recommend it. The humorous hypotheticals make it enjoyable to learn the black letter law concepts. I found these cards very helpful. Be aware that the Property set does not include Future Interests unfortunately. There is a separate box of cards for those that do not come with the first year set.
